Last day of the Dunes
We stayed home today. I worked on a quilt, Dennis read another book. It was so nice out we sat reading together. The cool breeze blew so hard through the motor coach that the wind chime my granddaughter made a twinkling sound like the sound of a fairy. Then the rain started. First just a light sprinkle. We quickly packed don our chair, ground mat, and even the window cover so we would be ready to go in the morning.
We kept the windows open on the passenger side so we could enjoy the temperature. After it stopped we enjoyed dinner with all windows open. A much noisier crowd has moved in for the weekend. Lots of children and youth playing. Several groups or families here too. Oh, and so many dogs of different sizes
We watched our final sunset and it did not disappoint. You could see the rain over the mountains and one raining cloud over the valley with the sun set making it glow orange.
